I think until just recently, the majority of people trying to get here were returning to families or GF they hadn't seen for a year. I agree with you - I live here and operate a restaurant so I need people here - but for general short term tourism with no long-term plans, I wouldn't be rushing here right now. Give it another 3 months or so.
