Longer term condo contracts or monthly rate hotels are cheaper. In 2022 I obtained a non OA retirement visa in UK and set up viewings in advance of my Travel to Thailand. On arrival i took a hotel for 5 nights and then booked a condo ( after the viewings )....... for 6 months that was renewable. It was

not true, I got an OA 1 year retirement visa in UK purely on income back in 2022 as did not have the 800k and got a commissioners of oath to certify all the documents and submitted online via the London Thai embassy. I received the visa online about a week later.....i see on the lindon thai embassy you can still go down the lump sum or income route orxa combination both.
Don't. Keep your cash safe and rent.....see how married life goes.....at least renting allows flexibility and you can travel around and see lots of the country.
You mean 60 day visa exemption stamp. Nothing has changed currently and unlikely to be retrospective so like me now i can stay gor a full 60 days then extend for another 30 days at immigration and pay 1900 baht.
