after the extension expires, i should clarify

Friend of mine went for an extension yesterday at CW. He mentioned his flight home was 4 days after the visa expiry date. The IO said to ‘just pay the overstay’.

What is on my mind with this is that when i bought this car 2ish years ago, i sold my previous car 2 weeks later, and im almost certain I didnt require a CoR during the ownership transfer. Almost certain in that i needed one to buy the new car, so i only had a copy during the sales transfer, and I was fretting they’d not accept it, but in fact they didnt ask for it. Maybe a mistake on their part that time 🤷‍♂️

Its random. Ive been grilled once at suvarnaphumi, and saying i had a gf was the reason she let me in, telling me to keep a copy of her ID card for future encounters 🤷‍♂️
