Is it better to report my 90-day immigration check-in online via the app or a browser?

My 90 day report is due today - my previous check in I did in person at CW.

I have never reported online before.

I have the app installed, and a password registered - Ive read a few reports of the 90 day online reporting not working recently - am I more likely to make a successful report via the app, or using a browser?

I’d actually forgotten it was due, and am currently on Koh Tao - I know if it fails online I’ll have to travel to nearest office - Samui? Sooooo, I’d like to give it the best chance of working online and save me a trip 🤓

Not sure what the meaning is of this pictures.

We advice that people keep on doing their 90 days report, a it is more relaxed to know the next day of report and keep in line with your Extension of Stay.

I should add, whilst my reminder popped up today, the due date is not today, but in 2 weeks on the 4th Aug, so I have some time.

This is from the website:

Online service has temporarily closed for maintenance from 16 July 2020 (00.01 AM) to 22 July 2020 (05.00 AM)

Sorry for any inconvenience. ***

i guess it will be a visit to Samui Immigration IF the place where you stay did register your address at that office

, it's a bit of old information. currently, online 90 days report has to be done 15days before to the due date. You have 15days.

You report at the office where your address is registered.

You should be registered at the local Immigration office within 24 hours after arriving at the address.

I can only be on 1 address.
