im not even retiree yet thts my problem just trying to live on the "nest egg" till im 60

So can you give me insight on what the new policy is cuz ive resisted opening my own account and just been transfering to the wifes

But i will eventually need my own for visa requirements

just be aware new this year taxation on income coming to thailand not sure the rate hope its rediculously low or the thia retirement will not look so appealing

i wish i was im in thailand now and want to bring funds however im lucky enough to be married to a thai citizen that i trust with my life so hopefully i can circuvent the policy

Thialand is certainly shooting themself in the foot as a retirement haven

Also know that under the new thai government your bank account is now seen as income and you will have to do an income tax form on the money moved from your home country
