I always got 3 weeks in Roi Et. Stopped going in and fined then 2 or 3 times there. They always said 3 weeks.

If you are on a Tourist visa you can use your UK licence. If you are on a non o etc you need a Thai licence. Don't worry though the fines only 400 baht and you can use the finer receipt as a get out for 21 days after.

You need to complete a form Sor T OE, and send a picture of your injury with your husband with a copy of your passport and a completed power of attorney.
