TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, your husband can file the 90-day report for you, provided he brings your passport and a completed TM47 form. Some participants mentioned that while it is generally accepted, some immigration offices may also require a signed authorization from you to allow another person to report on your behalf. Additionally, doing the report online is an option that can simplify the process.

not necessary. A friend did my report for me because he was going to immigration and I couldn't be arsed travelling 2 hours each way on a ferry. Anyone can do report for you. Some immigration ask for signed authorisation that you give permission for another person to report for you. But a lot don't.

You need to complete a form Sor T OE, and send a picture of your injury with your husband with a copy of your passport and a completed power of attorney.
