not necessary. A friend did my report for me because he was going to immigration and I couldn't be arsed travelling 2 hours each way on a ferry. Anyone can do report for you. Some immigration ask for signed authorisation that you give permission for another person to report for you. But a lot don't.

You need to complete a form Sor T OE, and send a picture of your injury with your husband with a copy of your passport and a completed power of attorney.

My husband does my 90 day all the time because my school is far from immigration he just need my passport no money to be paid
