use Sterlingidentity.com or Fieldprint.com to set up a fingerprinting at a local scanner (ups, usps, fedex, etc).

You pay 50$ for the service, schedule a fingerprint appt, within minutes youll get your FBI check emailed to you upon printing.

I used Sterlingidentity.com twice, booked an appt to get fingerprints done under 30 days (my fastest appt was within days of payment), and the results came back within 30 min of my fingerprints both times. You need 2 forms of ID (passport and DL or state ID).
