probably just get a officlal looking template and write yourself your own letter but address the letter from the company to you. I'm not sure why this would not be acceptable.
One question. Does the cancel visa and fly out date need to be the exact day I fly out? Like can I have letter to cancel visa on #20 but fly out on #18?
