 yes ,you own lease if registered with. Land / Deed Dept.

I don't believe any lease beyond 3 year is valid if not registered .

Can renew 15 before, or 7 after.

Just returned from renewing mine in CM.

Weren't 12 people in the whole office. My 90 day took a minute in the drive- thru / walk thru.
