TLDR : Answer Summary
If you missed your 90-day reporting deadline in Thailand by one day, you have up to 7 days after the due date to file your report in person without penalties. It is recommended to report as soon as possible.

You have 7 days.

Can renew 15 before, or 7 after.

Just returned from renewing mine in CM.

Weren't 12 people in the whole office. My 90 day took a minute in the drive- thru / walk thru.

The faster, the better.
