Of course you can move here and get a non O marriage visa via the Thai embassy in your country first. Or come here on TR and get non O here. Lots of paperwork. You have to renew visa once a year in thailand plus 90 day reports .. and keep £10k in a Thai Bank account.

I'm reluctant to do visa exempt as a few years ago I had a similar thing happen - immigration stopped me and said I shd have applied at embassy. I was v lucky to get back in

thanks.. I'm using a company called Workmaster to process everything and they've told me since I applied for a 60 day 'visit Thai family visa' before marriage visa I can't do that again. Not sure if that includes any other 60 day visa.

They haven't given me any advice other than this hence why I'm asking here and will find another agent
