thanks.. I'm using a company called Workmaster to process everything and they've told me since I applied for a 60 day 'visit Thai family visa' before marriage visa I can't do that again. Not sure if that includes any other 60 day visa.

They haven't given me any advice other than this hence why I'm asking here and will find another agent

yes have it in bank. No choice but to leave. But question is how do I apply for new one, on line with Thai embassy in Thailand or thru Thai embassy in country I visit?

You only have two choices, pay 1000b overstay (which I think isn't going to affect your next visit) or go to immigration and pay 1900b to extend
