I got my Thai licence just by using my uk licence. I’ve never had an IDP in my life. They also gave me a motorbike licence

He doesn't need an IDP. He can easily get a Thai licence using his UK licence

Why was my online TM47 (90 day reporting) submission rejected?

I've never had a problem until this month's report and it got rejected twice. The Immigration Officer even commented that she could see I'd submitted on-line and couldn't advise what the problem was

You will need your passport and proof of residence from Immigration. I think car dealers prefer a bankers draft rather than cash as you are talking a lot of money!
