Why are DTV application fees quoted by agencies in Thailand lower than the embassy fees?

Agency - singular; agencies - plural. Apostrophe + s is the possessive form, for example: the agency's name. To answer your question: it is definitely not cheaper to apply with an agency than to apply without one.

This is my last comment on the issue. The insurances you mentioned are cheaper than a real, comprehensive medical insurance for a reason. They're good for younger people that are in good health overall, and don't want to or cannot spend too much money on medical insurance, that's about it.

Who said anything about illegal stuff? For the record, I have never done anything illegal, however I do have a few medical conditions and therefore some actual real life experience with some of these companies. Never mind, good luck to you and hopefully you'll never need to use them.
