Thank you I guess that just answers the question. My visa expires on Jan. 17. So according to that when I get my 2nd year extension of stay based on the original visa I will need insurance.
My OA visa was issued Jan.18, 2019. I’m leaving for Laos on the 10th fly back on 14th. My visa agent told me today to make sure insurance is in place. She has already had clients refused the one year extension with no insurance and just given 30 day stamp on arrival. This is in CM .
It is just a single sheet of paper basically stating you are healthy. I just took into my Doc. in Canada and he signed it. Then yes I had it notarized along with other documents
As long as a TM-30 is filled out am I OK or do I need to fill out a TM-28 every time I move.I have only been here two months so really haven't settled on a permanent place to live yet. I find it so confusing and I really can't find any concrete info on immigration website. Do they have booklet at immigration with a simple breakdown of these forms are and how to use them. I know once you get in the system and understand whats required its probably not that hard.
