. Bangkok immigration will not issue a residency certificate unless you filed a 90-day report. I understand others might. You emphasised you're on a Spouse visa and were accompanied by your wife with Tabien Baan. This is not relevant to the OP's question.

You need to have filed a 90-day report to get a residence certificate at immigration, and also bring your TM30 slip. That's all you'll need. Plus passport
