It's the way you reported it, ffs. And how can you be threatened by what I write, snowflake?

you really need to be careful. Looks like you don’t understand the defamation laws in Thailand. You have publicly accused a company in Thailand of committing criminal acts ie , providing counterfeit visas.

Did you bother to check the facts before making such scurrilous remarks? Did you know that telling the truth (if it is the truth) is no defence under Thai defamation laws?

So even if someone is a convicted child rapist, if someone else publicises that, they can be sued?

You come over as being pretty immature and self important and you should be very very careful what you allege about people. Just because you have some YouTube channel doesn’t make you an expert on Thailand and you need to watch your step if you don’t want to drop yourself further in the shit

What a load of bunkum. Don’t be fooled by sensationalist ‘journalism’.

These people have been going for years but immigration wanted to publicise how good they think they are and did a raid.

Probably they felt they weren’t getting enough tea money.

You really should learn to read discriminately and not spread false information based on just what you read in a rubbish newspaper

that’s just another use for them. I got a 7 days extension in 2006 when I was returning to the UK after my visa expired but I couldn’t get a flight before the actual expiry. I went to Immi, explained and they gave me a 7 day extension without a murmur.

The 1900 baht was a similar amount to the overstay fine would have been but it kept me legal and I didn’t get an overstay stamp in my passport which might have been a problem in the future

And if you have a flight booked after your 30 day extension expires, they will give you a further 7 days to cover you so you don't go on overstay and get fines. They use them for all sorts of purposes, not just refusals..

Many landlords just can't be bothered or don't understand their legal obligations.

there are prohibited occupations for foreigners in Thailand so you need to google those first.

if you have a 30 day visa exemption stamp, in normal circumstances you can extend it for a further 30 days, not just 7 days.

Normally short extensions for 7 days are given to keep you legal if your return flight is a few days after the exemption expiry date.

Also, you’d be here legally if you have a 30 day exemption OR an extension to such exemption so I’m not really sure what you mean.
