TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is looking for advice on how to start working in Thailand after leaving Riyadh. The community suggests a step-by-step process, including securing a job first, having the employer submit necessary documents for visa approval, and arranging quarantine and travel logistics. Various commenters also discuss the challenges of finding work as a foreigner in Thailand, especially for positions like forklift operator, which are typically reserved for locals or ASEAN nationals. There are also concerns about visa restrictions due to COVID-19 and the presence of scammers in job offers.

that wouldn't qualify you for a visa to Thailand.

Maybe if you are very skilled in forklifts, like amazing unique, and a company here needs your skill, or maybe the business you work for is connected to Thailand and arrange something. Also depends on your country and Thai arrangements.

Thailand has a lot of logistic activity. So much potential for business to the world.

Easy

1) You need get a job first,

2)then your employer needs to submit your documents to the ministry of whatever for approval.

3) use these documents to apply for a certificate of entry.

4) Then you need arrange ASQ (quarantine facilities) and space on repat flight

5) once you have done all this you can get the visa.

If your lucky could get it done in about 60 days

Are you kidding? First of all he’s not Thaii so he can’t get on a repatriation flight. Second he doesn’t have the money for a quarantine hotel. Third is well known that if anybody hires you in Thailand they have to hire for other thais to equal things out.

while I don’t want to oversimplify, I cant refute your point. You have to also ask why are there so many Cambodians trying to come to Thailand for work.

Seriously if in logistics there is really only two countries in Asia you should be looking at and Thats Singapore and Hong Kong. But dont you read the news all borders are closed, workers are being retrenched stick with your Job till 2021 and look for other opportunities then. Be grateful you still have your job

Yeah look into Cambodia. It's much, much easier to start a life there. The country is welcoming to foreign workers and you won't be scammed like every time you have an immigration issue in Thailand.
