Which office are you doing it at? I say that as the requirements are different at, say, Jomtien and Chiang Mai, for example. It will help people inform you better if they know where.

Immigration own entry and extensions of DTV even though issued by MFA. Immigration have final say and the MFA site clearly states that. The FCCT interview with MFA official it was restated by the MFA official.

What is the question? DTV issued in New Delhi or are you asking about a family of 4 coming on it? I am pretty certain there have been posts in the group that DTV issued in New Delhi

Do not take this as 100% but pretty sure the only place you can have the DTV cancelled is the issuing authority ie the embassy who issued it. You will need to wait and contact embassy. You could go to an immigration office with friendly volunteers that may be able to ask questions for you. Depending on location there are helpful volunteers at offices. The ones I spoke with last week were most helpful in Chiang Mai. Good luck getting it down. I had a bit of a nightmare moving from O to B but it all worked out in the end. When I had an O and switched to a B to get a WP I had to have the O cancelled first. Then I went to Singapore for the B on basically no visa. The first time I went while on the O the Embassy said they would not issue a B while O is still live. I came back to Thailand and asked to be let in on Visa Exempt. Immigration at airport said go to issuing office for O to be cancelled. If it is different for the DTV I do not know. I have also been told the only place a DTV can be cancelled is the issuing embassy

Anonymous participant The only way is to look through the posts in here for other posts if the embassy is not specific. Do not quote me but I am sure UK has approved with pretty new Ltd companies. Companies House registration and cover letter why not yax paid as yet. Good luck
