well it was nice to find out that its a better option to go to the office if im prepared to pay an extra 1900 bht, a relief in fact

 will do for sure, I plan to pay the fine, travel to Savanakhet by bus get a non o and be a good boy, hopefully with no more issues :), thanks for the response.

 I'll happily pay the 1,900 bht for peace of mind and technically I can go a few days before I travel and get the fine less

 but what rober lagas said saying i would have to pay 1900 bht for and extention of 7 days is safer than travelling without a visa
