 will do for sure, I plan to pay the fine, travel to Savanakhet by bus get a non o and be a good boy, hopefully with no more issues :), thanks for the response.

 I'll happily pay the 1,900 bht for peace of mind and technically I can go a few days before I travel and get the fine less
