Is it standard for Hua Hin immigration to require a marriage certificate and family photos for a visa extension based on dependency?
I'm currently separated from my Thai wife awaiting a divorce, we have a son together, i'm on the birth certificate. I was hoping to be able to get an extension based on dependency however Hua Hin immigration are still asking for marriage certificate and pictures of my wife son and I together. is it standard to need these for an extension based on dependency ?
