still doesn't answer my question and still doesn't guarantee the user is able to board the flight just because he bought it with the credit card. Every credit card issuer provides charge back when all conditions are met but no issuer will guarantee you able to board a flight just because you purchase the ticket with their credit card.
Chargeback and guarantee to board a flight are two totally different thing.

like someone said in the replied section, it is best for him to get in touch with lawyer who are familiar with his issue. Don't expect banks or airlines to deal with someone's personal problem.
Yes but it is also not the airline or bank responsibility. It is own responsibility to check own travel documents to ensure everything is in order. Doubt you can demand your money back from either airline or the bank.
