Why was I charged two separate fees when using my Wise debit card at a Thai ATM?

Wise allows two fee free withdrawals per calendar month up to £200 in total - please check though current T&C. Anything in excess of above two criteria the charges apply. 220 baht is from the Thai Bank, unavoidable and hence always withdraw highest amount allowable (usually 20,000 but Krungsri Bank 30,000).,

Never stay 90 days or more. When you return the 90 days reporting requirement resets itself.

what a load of tosh…. Wise does not have bad reputation and wise will always give you better rate and lower fees than a local bank. Transfers are instant to some countries and within pre-agreed time to others. Never had problems with Wise.

The only way around is non-o which does not require insurance. Even with no pre-existing conditions the Non-OA was so complicated i opted for non-o instead (even insurance agent advised me so).
