 yeah man, it seems this Visa is just directed towards remote workers/digital nomads, so far. In these Visa groups, I haven’t seen anyone say they’ve been approved with the soft power option yet.

 same here. But from what I’ve read in these Visa groups, is each embassy has their own requirements (more or less). I’d be using the embassy in LA.

 I don’t think anyone has gotten the soft power option yet, from what I can tell? Because it doesn’t seem clear what activities are authorized under the DTV. I would love to know as well, since I’m not a digital nomad/ remote worker 🤷‍♂️
