Rip off big time.

800k in the bank for 3 month prior to visa application. The actual fee is very small 1900baht I think. Then also re entry stamp if you intend to leave Thailand at any time, multiple entry is best.

Takes about 2 weeks now as things have all changed recently.

Been there done that.

I was not required to do anything just travel with both your new and old passports and present them both at entry.

No income requirements if you have 800k in the bank for 3 months prior and 3 months after and don't allow the account to drop below 400k for the duration of the visa.

no but my brother in law is going through the process now. So far two visits and several teeth removed- 900 baht. He claims it is extremely good service and treatment.
