ah, 1 more thing, guys at the help desk outside told me I needed photos with my wife together + map of where our condo is. I had photos with me, and made quick map on the form they provided, but later when talking to immigration officer inside, it turned out that these aren't required for 60 days, only for 12 months extension.

no, but I had my condo contract with me just in case.

They did check my address against what they had in computer(from old notification of stay I suppose) and pointed out that one number in address was incorrect on my application, but no problem, corrected it and it was good to go.

copies of passport, wife's house book + her ID, copies of marriage certificate (they want to see originals too), filled in application with photo for extension + 2 other papers I didn't even read, something to acknowledge terms of stay in Thailand.

what you are saying if I do visa run before 17th I'd still get 90 days in Thailand, even if my visa expires on the 27th?
