Got my 60 days extension /family visit/ today at Chiang Mai immigration.

My expired visa was Non O based on marriage from Savanaket /the one when u had to bounce every 90days/ and since May I was on amnesty.

All went smooth. 60 days is from 26th September until 26th November.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully obtained a 60-day extension on their Non-O visa for family visits at Chiang Mai immigration. Their visa was previously expired and they had been on an amnesty since May. The extension is valid from September 26 to November 26. Other comments inquire about the necessary documents for the extension and whether a spouse's presence is required at the immigration office.

and we're done. CHECK with YOUR immigration office to find out what documents are needed, what is needed at one might or might not be needed at another one.

no, but I had my condo contract with me just in case.

They did check my address against what they had in computer(from old notification of stay I suppose) and pointed out that one number in address was incorrect on my application, but no problem, corrected it and it was good to go.

ah, 1 more thing, guys at the help desk outside told me I needed photos with my wife together + map of where our condo is. I had photos with me, and made quick map on the form they provided, but later when talking to immigration officer inside, it turned out that these aren't required for 60 days, only for 12 months extension.

They didn't when I got the extension, and it sounds like the OP didn't either.

What's a "TB Landlord"?

copies of passport, wife's house book + her ID, copies of marriage certificate (they want to see originals too), filled in application with photo for extension + 2 other papers I didn't even read, something to acknowledge terms of stay in Thailand.
