Do they not anyway track foreigners through the use of the TM30 form?

A lot of countries seem to be introducing these, the US and Canada already have it.

Why is Wise taking longer for my long-term stay transfers to Thailand?

Yes, it takes longer when using the Funds for long term stay, it always has when I use that option.

Made the mistake of sending it over a public holiday two months ago it took a week. Generally it takes around 4-5 days for it to be transferred when I use that option

I work offshore 6 on, 6 off. My original plan was to come into Thailand get a re-entry permit, leave come back on do the marriage extension.

However, my visa that just got issue expires before I would be back in Thailand.
