What is the application experience for DTV 2025 in Munich and is an interview required?

I applied in Munich (as a German citizen). Everything was submitted online, no Interview etc. I received my DTV evisa after appr. 2,5 weeks.

I applied as a remote worker online via Munich. Received my DTV after almost 2 weeks (however Oct 3rd was in this time period where the embassy is closed)

My DTV is an evisa and I was asked to upload everything online. I doubt they would know where you upload it from. As of Jan 1, 2025 all Thai visas are evisas.

Of course there is still a certain risk left.

Yes, unfortunately. However they might ask for further documents etc and not decline it straight away.

Was the same in my case, I applied in Munich. My application took 12 working days. It went from "pending document check" straight to "Approved"
