in 2 months the guy gets a million+ baht in 4 months he can buy any car of the 90% of the whole market of vehicles available to buy in cash outright.

Start with a one year education visa and if you're in Chiang Mai I've got several other options you can do. Even if you're not on a Muay Thai Visa you can still study Muay Thai.

It actually works better if you know where you are and you specify where you are and other people where you are might be able to assist you with your question.

Because doing a renewal in a location where you are not is not the best solution for you.

Plenty of one year education visas for around 40-50k. If you learn Thai you might be able to sweet talk immigration.
