ok, sounds like it's not an option for me then.....

I understand. My problem is that I no longer have the option "Non O 1 year multiple" And to my understanding reading other posts it will be a matter or entries into Thailand before they start asking why I don't hold a visa

So now I've tried for almost a week. Unless I have everything ready I am unable to get in to the file and do any editing even though I haven't submitted anything yet. When I try to get into the file it just keeps browsing. Am I really the only one having this issue???

didn't submit. Since I didn't complete the application I should still be able to open it, but it just keeps trying to open the folder but nothing happens. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced the same....

Checking in with both passports but showing his European passport at immigration in Europe and showing Thai passport in Thailand

Fair enough. But when I fill in the online application it asks me to upload insurance covering minimum USD 100.00. I would never enter Thailand without insurance but buying insurance that covers a full year is not worth it for me. I live in Thailand but work abroad. Normal rotation is 8 and 4 so thats the idea of having Non O multiple entry. I have travel insurance that covers more than adequate already but only up to 60 days at a time.

Applying online, evisa. Even single entry Non im O requires 100.000 usd insurance

So should I enter on visa exempt and then apply for non o, or rather get tv and the change when in Thailand?
