Will a 15 year old Thai citizen who is fully vaccinated (our son who has dual citizenship) have to get through the same loopholes, rt-pcr test and one night in a hotel upon returning back to Thailand or can we just pick him up at the airport?

Only for non-vaccinated Thais... a test is just "recommended", not "required", whyever...

Do I understand this right. Thai nationals can enter the Kingdom without the jab? But if I would leave now and want to come back in have to have it? Makes a lot of sense btw....🧐🤔

Everone can enter Thailand without being (fully) vaccinated, but have to do the 10 day quarantine then. The difference here is, that unvaccinated Thais don't need a negative Test before travelling. And all this vaccinated, unvaccinated, tested and untested people will sit together in the same plane... 😁

yes gathered that but by actual definition of quarantine the time waiting for result you are quarantined.

if it weren't for the COE process I think a lot of people would see "no quarantine" and arrive to quite the surprise but having to submit so many things and prebook the stuff removes that potential (I think?)
