With that mark up if your application is rejected does the Embassy keep your money. If so that does not seem right as you have paid a lot of money for a service they have not provided.

I have booked airfare from 31 July and depart 15th November total 105 days. My aim is 60 day tv then extend 30 days with Blueport immigration office then do flight to kl or train to Penang for 30 day stamp. Will this work. Should I apply for multi entry visa.
