When I have done 90 day reporting, they let you come in 2 weeks early to 1 week late without any issues. At least at Rayong Immigration. If you are worried, just run to immigration and get your stamp. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

The 30 days gives them time to send officers to visit your home, get some photos of all of you together. Sometimes ask for a donation to some charity. They may check with your local embassy to make sure you have no outstanding warrants. Its all part of the process to make sure you are not a shame marriage for visa. If you can afford to do it and are over 50, switch to retire visa if your circumstances allow. So much less paperwork. In and out with stamp same day. In some provinces less than 15 minutes.

I use this bank only for retirement visa. It gets 1 transactions a year. That is a 1000B deposit on day letter is done. I use different bank account for all daily use.
