neither is dtv - hence I recommend to change branch as the clerk answer doesn’t seem aligned

Which Branch ? Go to big ones in international malls like emquartier. I opened a bank account with a student visa so long term DTV qualifies for sure

TM 30 original receipt if it is your first time or previous 90 report receipt. TM6 (plane arrival card you filled and gave to immigration officer, the small square that he gave you back in your passeport)

+ TM47 you will find and fill up at immigration

+ copies of your passeport signed
