no, it jusnt isnt official until its posted in the royal gazette, so immigration offices are being told to wait.

So it will probably be signed and posted on the 29th/30th

Its been removed because it isnt official. It will only be official when it is signed and published in the royal gazette. It is correct, but no one not even immigration offices can post it until its published in the royal gazette.

yes you can get a 60 day extension on a multiple entry.

Buy what im saying is the visa amnesty which will allow you to stay until 31st of july , you should take advantage of, and not use the extension until the amnesty ends.

its highly unlikely you will be back in May.

I think you will have a hard time getting in, the visa amnesty has been extended until the end of july, so you probably wont be entering thailand until after that date.
