TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking information about the earliest date they can apply for a 60-day extension of stay due to their marriage to a Thai citizen, considering their first 90-day visa will expire on May 25th. There is some confusion regarding whether to apply for a 60-day extension or a one-year extension based on marriage.
I was told in earlier post that I can not get 60 day extension? That I should apply for 1 year extention of stay based on marriage to a Thai woman. So at this point I don't know if I can apply or not? Thank you in advance

However there have been people who got told by immigration officers that they are under the visa amnesty when they went to apply for a 60 day family exstention. Contact your immigration office and ask them.
yes you can get a 60 day extension on a multiple entry.
Buy what im saying is the visa amnesty which will allow you to stay until 31st of july , you should take advantage of, and not use the extension until the amnesty ends.

I had asked the OP to ask this specific question in a new post.
Hoping to get answers from those in Chiang Mai.
