Unfortunately Robert Walker you are right . Bought tickets through Expedia ( trusted them most) yesterday. Cancelled today . Indonesia closed until June 1 . I’ve been stuck since March 20 on Ternate
there are rumors that Indonesia will lockdown until June?

I think you will have a hard time getting in, the visa amnesty has been extended until the end of july, so you probably wont be entering thailand until after that date.
I would be very surprised if all incoming international flights are banned until August. The financial implications would be catastrophic..I think a ban until mid June would be more realistic. My friend who is a senior manager in the Thai oil industry has been told the airport could be open again by May

Thanks very much Didier . I’ve been stuck in Indonesia for 35 days this is the form I have been looking for thanks very much hopefully I’m back home in Phuket on
don't forget this will not be do only document you need. I presume you will need labo or other test showing you covid 19 free. And again I presume you will need insurance covering you for 100.000 $ & covid 19 stating in your policy or separate letter.
All these things will be updated soon. Keep an eye on C.A.A.T , T.A.T and P.R government website. Good luck and stay safe.

Emirates Airline is launching a facility in Dubai airport where they test you while you are in transit and provide the necessary certificates. I believe the testing done is by giving you a quick blood test with on the spot results
Yes , I'm in Dubai last 2 months . Emraties Airline checks everyone before boarding !

This only for flights for repatriation flight passengers. Being given covd test before flying back to home country.

If this works I can imagine all the major airlines will follow suit. It's in their interests too if they want customers back on their planes. It's in nobody's interest to fly empty planes between Dubai and Bangkok because folk cant get the required certificates.
Are you looking for the standard one used by schools, or something regarding Covid-19?

Unless you are holding a Thai passport, registered at a Thai embassy and been granted a repatriation flight, there isn't a way to even enter Thailand at this time.
