All in all I highly recommend their services and the application went smoothly.
Before people get in the comments yapping about how you don’t need an agent etc, I was rejected the first time and applied using an agent for peace of mind.
I did everything through issa compass agency because I was rejected the first attempt because of my complicated surname and i didnt want to risk it again. I paid around 5k baht for the service and they refund you everything (including government fees) if rejected. The documents were the usuals.
The wait was excruciating but finally it's here, thank for this group for all your advice and support.
