TLDR : Answer Summary
Several recommendations for agencies providing Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) assistance were shared. Key mentions include Baan Thai Immigration Solutions and Issacompass. However, there is also encouragement for individuals to handle the process on their own if they are prepared. It is suggested to consider location for the most suitable options, as agents can facilitate a hassle-free process.

We do offer some services for DTV:

That being said if you already have a soft power activity, or are applying under work-cation it should be easy enough to submit on your own.

How much Issacompass charge for DTV assistance ? Do I need to justify 500 000 THB on my bank account during 3 months before asking for the visa ?

Yes you must have the 500,000 THB balance, and it will depend on the embassy you are applying through.

We highly advise to not apply for for this visa if you cannot maintain the required initial balance, as there have been reports of issues with in-country extensions, as well as some re-entries depending on nationality.

so some embassy only require you to show 500,000 in the account and not the 3 months of 500,000?

you mean maintain 500,000 every month after visa is approved?

> When extending for an additional 6 months while in Thailand this happens, also less likely but has happened before travelers have been pressed last month upon entry. So its not "EVERY" month, but when extending its highly advisable to have a recent statement that shows you do have money.

so some embassy only require you to show 500,000 in the account and not the 3 months of 500,000?

> It can vary, most right now require 3 month history.

To be clear, we no longer offer DTV services to individuals who do not maintain a balance of at least 500,000 THB for three months or more, as this can lead to future issues that we are unable to assist with.

While it may still be possible to obtain a DTV with only one month of funds at some consulates, our experience is that this is becoming increasingly difficult. The turning point for us was when in-country extensions were no longer offered to applicants without a verifiable balance, along with reports of entry-related issues.

Please take this into account. For any DTV holder, it is important to have up-to-date documentation supporting the visa, which may include soft power activity details, workcation information, and, of course, proof of your bank account balance.

They were great with us. Helped us get all the paperwork and documentation needed for DTV. (It helped that we were already on the island!) Can't apply for it in Thailand so flew to Danang, Vietnam. Applied there via the Thai embassy in Ho Chi Minh, took about 3 weeks in total to get mine and my wife's DTV. Been living on the island since early march last year 👍
