Hanoi DTV:

I saw somewhere that after October 25th there are no in-person applications. What does this mean for DTV applications in Hanoi?

I think it still means I would need to be in Hanoi/Vietnam for the sake of the local address etc, but besides there really isn't anything different?

Not needing to show up in person, is a good thing right?

Just applied in Hanoi for the DTV via the E Visa (Muay Thai) Here are the documents they asked from me:

- Passport Bio data page

- Passport photo within the last 6 months (took a selfie and changed to a white background using canva)

- proof of current location ( I merged 2 pdfs using Acrobat showing my arrival stamp in Vietnam and my hotel confirmation from Agoda)

- Finanical evidence of no less than 500,000 THB (I showed 6 months bank statements from the 25th of May- 25th of November with a closing balance of around 560,000 THB)

- Letter of invitation/ confirmation of attending the soft power activity (I showed the pdf Tiger eye Muay Thai provided me confirming I will be training there, they addressed it to the Hanoi embassy)

Submitted yesterday and paid now just waiting in Hanoi, time to enjoy myself and hope it all works out 🙏

Any questions just ask away I’ll be happy to help answer them
