I have lived in thailand full time in 2000 when I retired. In 2003 I got a retirement."0" visa with having 800,000 in bank.for 6 months. Was ok till may 2023 when I went to get my visa.extended again and was told you must place 800000 for 2 months in a Thai bank.or seeing I was married to Thai national 400000 for 2 months

I am now 83 married 16 years. We lived together for 22 years

I brought 400000 from my account in England. I have done everything asked and got M visa

But now comes the chocker immigration says I have to show 400000 for 3 months every year In thailand

Have others had same problem
