If the TM 6 card is lost, what to do in that case? Please guide me to solve this issue.

ATT Tod Daniels and co I am returning to Thailand on Monday, and just noticed I lost my 90-day report slip, will the fellows at Suvarnabhumi give me a hard time entering and what exactly is the procedure. I have read that you should make a police report but not exactly sure how i would be doing that if im entering the country. Any advice appreciated
