Do I need to report my 90-day residency while back home in Europe if I hold a multiple-entry AO visa?

I have a 1 year AO visa multiple entry and I reported the 90 days online. All worked well. I left Thailand mid April via Suvarnabhumi Airport. Before I went through Immigration I asked an officer if I needed a re-entry stamp or document but he lead me to the Thai immigration row. I got the usual stamp showing that I've exited Thailand. I would think that there's no further 90-day reporting required since I'm back home in Europe but last week I've received an email where they reminded me to report the 90 days. How is that possible when I have left the country? What should I do?

Also it's a bit unclear what to do on the website as there's no mention of notifying them that I'm abroad. And what's the usual thing to do when I stayed in Thailand? Should I then click on 'New Application TM47' each time I have to report?

Thx

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the necessity of 90-day reporting while residing outside Thailand on a multiple-entry AO visa. Despite having left Thailand and received an exit stamp, the user received an email reminder for the 90-day report. Responses suggest that the email system does not recognize their departure; typically, 90-day reporting applies only when in Thailand.

Same here, i did a 90 online report the same day i left Thailand, 2 days later received email advising 90 reporting rejected reason being applicant left the country.

Also i purchased new medical insurance before i left and immigration give me another entry stamp for 1 more year until the expiration of the new insurance.

David Richardson Iuse AIG... very happy with them. They kicked me out once because too many hospital visits but somehow they accepted me again and without my medical history being an issue.

i really dont use it at all (never submit any claims). This is only for visa application.

As most medical insurance in asia, they have alot of exception for claims, ie any pre-existing conditions or related issie will not be covered. Say if you are on blood pressure pills than most heart related issue will not be covered. And the medical care here is reasonable priced so i can afford it (knock on wood).

thank you. Are you happy with that being your only health insurance?

AXA just the very simple one just to satisfy the OA visa requirements, cost about

+B for 2 persons for 1 year. I treat this as part of the cost for the visa to stay here.

if you don’t mind me asking, which insurance company/policy did you buy?

The system that emailed you has no idea you left the country. A 90 day report is only for 90 consecutive days in Thailand. You're not in Thailand.

You are OK if you are within the 1st year of your OA visa.

Thx, indeed, the insurance is the one that's important for the exit date.

When you return on that visa you’ll be stamped in for 1 year, or however long your insurance is valid, whichever is the shorter.

@Dominique ***
yes. When you return you'll start counting from day 1 again.

So no worries then. And with my multiple entry I'm OK with the simple exit stamp for when I return before 365 days of visa is finished?
