TLDR : Answer Summary
The new insurance requirement for OA visas cannot be avoided by switching to an OA marriage visa, as there is no OA marriage visa available. To avoid the requirement, individuals would need to change from an OA visa to an O visa, which involves breaking the OA sequence first.
