I’m French and translated my bank statements in english with Google translate, the files are well translated but my French address was also translated on each pages and now doesn’t match the address I will register with on the DTV application….

Does anyone had the same situation and can tell me if that could causes some problems or not ?

My online 90-day application was rejected for no apparent reason (I have successfully applied many times before and know all the rules). I read here that sometimes the rejection email contains an explanation of the reason. Mine doesn't, but there is a message saying "Please contact the nearest immigration office in person immediately". I just wanted to ask if this is a standard message in such an email, or if I should go there as soon as possible. My 90-day deadline is 6th April. Or maybe try to re-apply online again?

Hi, I did my 90 day reporting online on an OA retirement Visa several times successfully, but this time I received an email from immigration saying:

Unapproved because the address not match on the system , (Please contact Phuket Immigration Phuket Town Office Room.101)

Is this because I checked into some hotel & this hotel address is "on the system" for me, instead of the address I registered when originally applying for the Visa? Coz I thought the SYSTEM is asking for our original registered address 🤷?

The form (attached) doesn't clarify what address specially 🤷... No surprise... 🙄

Also, I'm currently not in Phuket province. Will this be a problem?

Is it still possible to register my 90 days reporting online at this point?
