Do you need to have an appointment at muang thani immigration, or can you go there without one? Edit: You absolutely need one ! When you show up is a bit more flexible in that 4 hour window

I just had someone who went to Bumrungrad Hospital for their tourist visa extension let me know that they raised the service charge to 800 baht.

That is in addition to the 1900baht they charge for 30 day extensions.

You can get a 30 day extension on visa exempt or tourist visa entries there on Saturday from about 9 to noon, BUT you should call and make an appointment.

They don't like walk ins.

FWIW: They have not increased the fees they charge to do a 90 day report for people. They still charge 600 baht for that. You need to drop off your passport and then pick it back up a few days later.
