Hi,

Please redirect me on a previous post if question already have been asked :

I'm at the end of my non-o visa (work) and recently married to thai I want to do a FIRST non-o based on marriage (not an extension).

My immigration office (and the one of my husband) doesn't answers to my question and automatically send me the number of Bangkok immigration. Wich tells me that they cannot help me because I'mnot living in BKK, only the office of my residence can stamp me a new visa. So I call them back and they send me the number of a random tourist visa agency.

I'm worry because Bangkok also say "if your immigration refuse, you will have to apply for the visa from outside"... like everybody knows, "outside" is not providing any visa due to covid-19 ! So I will not be abble to re-enter.

Did someone recently experienced a new Non-O based on marriage recently ???

Thank you for your help.

It is clear that there are a large number of people currently on amnesty who are desperate to stay in The Kingdom of Thailand after July 31st. I am one of them and getting increasingly anxious as time goes by and there is no information available for me to be able to make plans.

I would say this. At a time when plans are being made to get tourists into The Kingdom and the economy slowly restarted so that many Thai people can begin to support themselves again:

It makes no sense to force us all to leave unable to return.
